Personal health coaching.
The whole picture.

Built for busy adults who want to be proactive about their health, without taking on another project to manage.

Priorities, not another to-do pile.
02

Bring it together.

Use a simple action plan and appointment-preparation worksheet to keep your priorities and questions in one place. Prepare for conversations with your care team.

Preparation, not medical advice.
03

Follow through.

Make space for regular check-ins. Revisit the goals you choose, track the next steps and adjust the way you organize your time when life changes.

Accountability, without the judgment.

02 / THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE

A relationship.
Not another app
to manage.

Your 90-day beta begins with a 30-minute kickoff and a one-page plan. Weekly check-ins and focused progress calls help you follow through.

What does a personal health coach help with?

At Acuite Health, personal health coaching means practical, nonclinical support: choosing your priorities, organizing appointments and questions, preparing for clinician visits and staying accountable to the next steps you choose. Your licensed care team remains responsible for medical advice and treatment. Explore how our Personal CHO support works.

Is this primary care or medical advice?

No. The Personal CHO beta is a nonclinical support service. It does not diagnose conditions, order or interpret tests, prescribe treatments, or replace your primary care clinician. Medical decisions stay with you and your licensed care team.

Who is it being designed for?

We’re starting with busy professional adults who want practical help organizing their health priorities and following through between appointments. Membership fit, scope and availability will be confirmed before enrollment.

What does health “optimization” mean here?

Making your approach to health more intentional: clearer personal goals, better preparation and consistent follow-through. It does not mean unnecessary testing, guaranteed outcomes or treatment recommendations from a nonclinical service.

How can I apply, and what will it cost?

We’re accepting applications for a small, paid 90-day founding beta for 3–5 adults at $74.50 per month. Applying does not enroll you or authorize a charge. A member of the Acuite team will personally reach out to discuss fit and explain service details, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms before you decide whether to enroll.

Will you contact my clinicians for me?

No. Provider calls, records handling and insurance appeals are not included in this beta. We can help you prepare your own questions for appointments. Do not send health records through the application.

What if I need urgent help?

Personal CHO is not urgent care, emergency care or an on-call medical service. Contact your clinician for medical concerns. For a medical emergency, call 911.
