CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. INFORMED CHOICES.
Questions, answered.
Understand what our Personal CHO beta can help with, and where your licensed care team comes in.
What does Acuite Health help with?
Our Personal CHO beta offers nonclinical organization, general education, appointment preparation and accountability. We help you organize your priorities, prepare questions for your clinicians and follow through on the next steps you choose. “Personal CHO” means Personal Chief Health Officer: a service role, not a clinical credential.
Is this medical advice, primary care or treatment?
No. Acuite Health’s website, educational content and Personal CHO beta are not medical advice or clinical care. We do not diagnose conditions, order or interpret tests, prescribe treatment or manage medications. Participation does not establish a clinician–patient relationship with Acuite Health. Your licensed care team remains responsible for clinical advice and treatment.
Should I change medication or delay care based on this service?
No. Do not start, stop or change medication or treatment based on our website or nonclinical support. Ask your licensed healthcare professional about symptoms, test results and treatment decisions. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here or while waiting for a reply from us.
What if I need urgent help?
Acuite Health is not an emergency, urgent-care or on-call medical service. Do not use the application, email or other messages for urgent or time-sensitive medical concerns, and do not wait for a reply to seek help. For a medical emergency, call 911. For other medical concerns, contact your licensed healthcare professional or an appropriate urgent-care service.
Does the team’s healthcare experience change the service scope?
No. Carlos’s MPH in Nutrition and MBA and Chelsi’s RN, BSN background inform our perspective, but this beta remains nonclinical. Chelsi is currently a Family Nurse Practitioner student with graduation expected in spring 2027; she does not provide FNP services through this beta. Read more about our backgrounds on the About page.
What does health “optimization” mean here?
It means a more intentional approach to your health: clearer personal goals, better preparation and consistent follow-through. We do not promise to prevent disease, guarantee health outcomes or recommend unnecessary testing. Results vary, and clinical decisions belong with you and your licensed care team.
What should I share in the application?
Only contact details and general interest. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, medical histories, test results, health records or urgent concerns, including in free-text answers. The application is an interest form, not a medical intake or a channel for clinical advice.
Will you contact my clinicians or handle health records?
No. Provider calls, appointment booking, record retrieval and insurance appeals are not included in this beta. We offer an appointment-preparation worksheet to help you organize your own questions. Do not send medical records through the application or ordinary email.
Who is the beta for, and what does it cost?
We are starting with 3–5 adults who want practical help organizing health priorities and following through between appointments. The founding beta is a paid 90-day program at $74.50 per month. The beta includes a 30-minute kickoff, one-page action plan, weekly check-ins with a personal reply, two 15-minute progress calls and a 20-minute final review. Read the complete service package.
How often will we connect?
After a 30-minute kickoff, you complete a brief weekly check-in and receive a personal reply. We meet for 15 minutes around days 30 and 60, then for a 20-minute wrap-up around day 90. Limited nonclinical messaging has a reply target of two business days and is not for urgent concerns.
Can I cancel, and what happens after 90 days?
$74.50 per month for a 90-day beta. There is no three-month minimum. Cancel before your next charge. The beta does not automatically convert to another plan.
We will confirm your start and end dates, billing arrangements, cancellation method, refund policy and privacy details before you pay. Applying is free and does not enroll you, guarantee a place or authorize a charge.
Does applying enroll me or authorize payment?
No. Applying does not enroll you, guarantee a place or authorize a charge. A member of the Acuite team will personally reach out to discuss fit and the program details before you decide whether to enroll.
Ready for a conversation?
